Established in 2015, the company started its operations to provide the easiest and fastest method for purchasing prepaid credit electronically and instantaneously, aiming to enhance customer service experience, shorten the billing cycle, and expedite the collection process through direct interaction with subscribers and leveraging their feedback. Setare Aval, utilizing the technical expertise of its specialized staff, has designed and implemented products such as the USSD code *1# (active across all three operators: Hamrah Aval, Irancell, and Rightel), the Setare Yek application, the interactive voice response system *100, and the Randtarin website. Through these platforms, a variety of services are offered nationwide, including the sale of prepaid credit and internet packages, bill payments, SIM card sales, and the sale of airline tickets, among others.
